Retail Annual Congress 2021 took place on 6 October 2021 at the Russian Cultural Centre. This year’s congress focused on changes in retail and how to handle them, with the theme "We Love Change".
The 2021 Retail Deed of the Year is the pilot project for variable-hour contracts in retail.
The Estonian Merchants’ Association announced the Retail Deed of the Year for the eighth year running. The award is intended to highlight success stories in retail and to introduce successful retail companies to the wider public.
