Retail Annual Congress 2023
Retail Annual Congress 2023 took place on 4 October 2023 in close cooperation between Äripäev and the Estonian Merchants’ Association, with the theme "Global Trends – Estonian Retail".
The winner of the 2023 Retail Deed of the Year is Viru Keskus AS for its new concept – the transformation of a classic fashion centre into a modern, fully functional city heart. In addition to the Retail Deed of the Year award, Viru Keskus also took home the first-ever audience favourite award.
The aim of the Retail Deed of the Year competition is to find success stories in retail that colleagues can learn from, and to introduce and recognise successful retail companies.
